KERI NAKAMOTO, FOUNDER

Keri’s expertise and passions are focused twofold in Entertainment and Sustainable Development. She is aligned with an elite network of seasoned professionals that allow her to drive opportunities and revenues for her companies, projects and social impact causes. She hails from a broad spectrum of sectors including; Ultra High-Net Family Offices, Sustainable Development, Luxury Brands, Media and Entertainment, Technology, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Social Entrepreneurship.

She provides advisor assistance for all stages of a company’s growth cycle, including platform expansions, impact investment planning, organizational restructuring, growth capital, and business exit strategies. Her strengths encompass film production, financing and distribution. She has provided significant funding for nonprofit and for-profit organizations throughout her career. Working alongside entertainment industry icons, her film work includes ‘THE DEAL’, ‘O.G’.,’ THE KINDERGARTEN TEACHER’ and the 2019 release ‘CENTIGRADE’.

Keri’s ethos is characterized by the pursuit of creativity, commitment, passion while discovering and delivering valuable impact. She is a graduate of Smith College, ARMY ROTC scholarship recipient, licensed scuba instructor, licensed sky diver, and resides in Osprey, FL.

She is spirited and ardent in ushering in reimagine.world to the forefront of ‘State-of-the-World Sustainable Entertainment.

BRADLEY ROSS, FOUNDER

Bradley brings his unique mix of skills as an award winning film editor, producer, director and social entrepreneur to the film, entertainment and advertising industry. For over a decade he edited a wide variety of content which earned him multiple EMMY AWARD Nominations-- most notably, the 2016 OSCAR and BAFTA Nominated documentary CARTEL LAND.

In 2014, he launched MANHATTAN PRODUCTIONS, a full service production company offering clients an under-one-roof solution streamlining production and post. He also spearheads MANHATTAN’S long form division.

Credits include Maggie Gyllenhaal’s THE KINDERGARTEN TEACHER, the 2016 TriBeCa audience award winning film, HERE ALONE, and the 2019 release, CENTIGRADE starring Genesis Rodriguez and Vincent Piazza.

Bradley recently caught the sustainable development and social impact bug and looks forward to change-making and igniting reimaginers across the globe.

Ralph Kamp, Interim CEO

Began his career with the feature film MONTY PYTHON’S MEANING OF LIFE.   He helped raise finance and worked on 6 Pythons and  many of the later films including A FISH CALLED WANDA. Ralph has financed and distributed many films including THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, AUGUST RUSH, HAPPILY NEVER AFTER, SPACE CHIMPS.

He became the CEO of (Mel Gibson’s company) ICON ENTERTAINMENT INTERNATIONAL. Ralph was responsible for all aspects of film financing, production, sales & distribution as well as the overall direction and growth of the international division.

DREW EDWARDS, INTERM CFO

Is experienced with rapid growth and start-up companies in high tech, finance, entertainment, and real estate. He has presided or advised businesses with revenue up to $25M/yr. Prior he has worked for IBM in engineering, Motorola in technical sales, and Harris Corp in engineering. Drew is the Volunteer Director and Owner for the national charity “Brides Against Breast Cancer.” He has degrees in Electrical Engineering with Marketing from University of Florida.

LUCAS FOSTER, Producer

Has produced more than 50 feature films, including BAD BOYS, CRIMSON TIDE, DANGEROUS MINDS, LAW ABIDING CITIZEN, MAN ON FIRE and MR. AND MRS. SMITH.  All together, his movies have grossed more than three billion dollars in worldwide revenue. Mr. Foster attended Princeton University to study applied physics, and UCLA for film school.

Brendan Walsh, Director

Brendan Walsh is an award-winning director residing in New York City where he has been active in the film industry for over 13 years. Brendan recently directed six episodes of the final season of Nurse Jackie for Showtime, including the season premiere. In 2011 Brendan was awarded the DGA Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement for his work on the hit film Taking Chance.

Luke Bencie, Security Specialist/Fixer, SMI CONSULTANCY

He provides specialized intelligence advisory services.  Mr. Bencie has been a consultant to the US Department of State, US Department of Defense, as well as foreign governments. He specializes in conducting strategic and security management assessments, performing counterintelligence and due-diligence investigations and assisting as a fixer in over 140 countries.

Mr. Bencie holds graduate degrees,  from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and The American Military University, as well as an MBA, accreditation at the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s National Training Academy, and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.
